At Hexcellence Music Productions, each “Hexus” is a custom creative work made specifically for the client. Due to the personalized nature of our services, the following refund policy applies.
Custom Work (After Production Begins)
Once production has started, all payments are non-refundable.
This is because time, creative effort, and resources have already been invested into the project.
Before Production Begins
If a cancellation request is made before production has started, a refund may be issued at the sole discretion of Hexcellence Music Productions.
Revisions
Certain service tiers include a limited number of revisions.
Revisions are intended to refine the original concept and do not include:
New concepts
Complete rewrites
Entirely different songs
Requests outside the original scope may require an additional fee.
Service Issues
If an issue occurs on our end (such as a delivery or technical error), we will make reasonable efforts to resolve it. This may include:

Adjustments
Partial refunds (if appropriate and at our discretion)
Chargebacks & Disputes
By purchasing our services, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
Immediate termination of service
Revocation of usage rights
Additional actions to recover delivered work
