Welcome to Hexcellence Music Productions. By accessing this website or purchasing services from Hexcellence Music Productions (“Hexcellence,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms of Use.
1. Services
Hexcellence Music Productions provides custom music production services, including but not limited to personalized songs, creative audio experiences, and related digital media services.
All services are created based on the information provided by the customer during the creative intake process. Final creative direction remains at the reasonable discretion of Hexcellence.
2. Orders and Payments
All purchases are considered commissions for custom creative work.
Work begins only after payment is received
All payments are non-refundable once production has begun
Prices may change at any time without notice
3. Revisions
Certain service tiers include a limited number of revisions.
Revisions are intended for minor adjustments and refinements. Requests for major changes (including new concepts, full rewrites, or direction changes) may require an additional fee or a new project.
4. Licensing and Intellectual Property
All music, audio, lyrics, and related content created by Hexcellence Music Productions remain the intellectual property of Hexcellence unless explicitly transferred in writing.
Customers are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use their commissioned work based on the selected service tier.
All usage rights are governed by the Hexcellence Music License Agreement.
Customers may not:
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the work
Claim authorship or ownership
Upload or distribute the work as their own intellectual property
5. Producer & Songwriter Rights
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing:
Hexcellence retains all producer and/or songwriter credits
Hexcellence retains all rights to publishing, royalties, and performance income
Requests for ownership transfers, royalty-free buyouts, or removal of credits must be negotiated separately and confirmed in writing for an additional fee.
6. Customer-Provided Content
Customers are responsible for ensuring that any content, ideas, or materials submitted do not violate copyright, trademark, or other laws.
Hexcellence is not liable for any legal issues arising from customer-provided content.
7. Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on:
Project complexity
Revision requests
Production volume
Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.
8. Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of the work:
All sales are final once production begins
Refunds are not guaranteed and may be issued at our sole discretion if a project cannot be completed
9. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if:
These terms are violated
Communication becomes unproductive
Project scope is repeatedly exceeded

Platform-related issues (copyright claims, removals, etc.)
Business outcomes related to use of the work

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
